This wine is obtained from Zibibbo grapes carefully selected and left to dry on the plant; the grapes are harvest at the end of September and the wine is aged in oak barrels. Aromatic wine of persistent flavor, intense bouquet and scents of candied fruit. Excellent as dessert wine, best if matched with mild cheeses.
